Begin your journey with an exclusive tasting platter showcasing five carefully curated pairings, from 36-month Comté paired with Valrhona Guanaja 70% chocolate to buttery and earthy Crèmeux de Bourgogne with Truffles matched with Jivara milk chocolate. Then graze your way through the unlimited Cheese & Chocolate Corner, featuring 7 beloved varieties from distinct French regions including Brie de Meaux, Camembert de Normandie, Époisses, Ossau-Iraty and Comté alongside an irresistible selection of Valrhona chocolate desserts curated by Executive Pastry Chef, Alexis Watrin, including handcrafted chocolate tablets for the chocolate addicts!

Save room for all-you-can-desire live cooking stations where molten raclette cheese, smoked cheese fondue with a full range of condiments, house-made carbonara-style pasta prepared fresh throughout the evening, delivering fuss-free comforting indulgence at its finest, plus the first-ever in the city show-stopping Valrhona "Chocolate Raclette" melted with hot knife onto your plate that you won't be able to resist from sharing with your friends!

Expert sommelier's recommendations with fine wine selections by glass and bottle are available at an extra charge from as little as $90 per glass, as well as excellent value bottles such as Pauillac's only Fourth Growth Bordeaux classified in 1855!

Let the cheese expert Angel Jundez who brings her passion for artisanal cheeses and wine pairing guide you through an evening of discovery of new possibilities of flavor combinations. As an Academy of Cheese Certified Cheese Specialist and Artisanal Cheese Master holding WSET Level 2 diploma, she will share the stories and tasting notes behind selected cheeses, helping guests explore unexpected flavour pairings between chocolate, cheese, and wine.
