Apply a promotion code
1. Select your favorite product and add it to your cart.
2. Enter the promotion code and click on the "APPLY" button.
3. The discount will be applied, and you will be able to see it in the order summary.

Ordering
How to Shop
1. Visit Mira eShop Website
2. View and add items into the shopping cart. Then click the "Shopping Cart" icon and proceed to checkout. Review the shopping cart and click "CHECKOUT".
3. Fill in your email and password to sign in if you are Mira eShop member. If not, you can click "REGISTER NOW" to register as member or to check out without signing up by clicking "GUEST CHECKOUT"
4. Fill in the billing information. Read carefully the "Terms and Conditions". If you agree and accept, tick the box. Then select the payment method and click “PROCEED TO PAYMENT”.
5. Enter the credit card information or scan the payment code to proceed payment.
6. When the order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent.
Placed the order but not receiving confirmation email
You will receive a confirmation email with redemption detail in 5-15minutes after the payment. Please email us with eshop@miramar-group.com if you couldn't receive the email.

Q2. How can I become a Mira eShop member?
A2. Guests can register as Mi+ members by clicking "Login/Register" at the top right of Mira eShop or by clicking this link, then selecting "Register Now" and entering a valid mobile number and email address. Additionally, you can download Mi+ App on App stores and register with a valid mobile number.
Q3. How can existing Mira eShop members upgrade to Mi+ members?
A3. Existing Mira eShop members need to log in to Mira eShop. The system will redirect a membership update page. Existing members need to enter the required information and submit it to become Mi+ members. If you have any questions or difficulties about the upgrade process, please email eshop@miramar-group.com.
Q4. As an existing Mira eShop member, will my order history be deleted after upgrading to Mi+ member?
A4. No, your order history will not be deleted.
Q5. Can I create one Mi+ member account and share it with my family members?
A5. No, Mi+ membership is on an individual basis. Each membership must be registered with a unique mobile number.
Q6. Is there any age limit for registering as a Mi+ member?
A6. Members must declare themselves to be aged 18 years old or above.
Q7. Do I need to be a resident in Hong Kong to join Mi+?
A7. Any individual can join Mi+ with a valid mobile number to receive SMS verification.
Q8. When registering as a Mi+ member, I did not receive a verification SMS after entering my mobile number, even after waiting for a long time. What should I do?
A8. Please make sure that the mobile number you entered is correct or try to click the resend button to receive a new verification code.
Q9. What should I do if the link in the email to verify my registration has expired?
A9. Please log in to Mira eShop again and enter the correct email address to request a new verification link.
Q10. How can I update my personal information?
A10. Your personal information, including your birthday, cannot be changed once submitted during the registration process. Other information can be updated on the "Member Profile" page in Mira eShop.
Q11. What should I do if I change my mobile number?
A11. You can change your mobile number on the "Member Profile" page in Mira eShop. You will need to go through SMS verification again when updating your mobile number.
Q12. What should I do if I change my email address?
A12. You can change your email address on the "Member Profile" page in Mira eShop. You will need to verify your email address again when updating it.
Q13. What should I do if I forget my password? / How can I change my password?
A13. You can click "Login/Register" at the top right of Mira eShop or click this link, select "Forgot Password," enter your registered mobile number, and then complete SMS verification to change your password.
Q14. What should I do if I forget the mobile number I used during registration?
A14. Please send an email to eshop@miramar-group.com with the verified email address you have used for member registration.
Q15. How can I delete my account?
A15. You can delete your account at any time on the Mi+ App. Upon receiving your request, our Customer Services Team will contact you in three business days for arrangement. Once your account has been deleted, you will lose access to the Mi+ App, all your unused M Points, eCoupon and etc will be forfeited, and your account and personal data will be permanently removed from our system.
About M Points
Q1. What are M Points?
A1. You can use M Points in the Mi+ App to redeem rewards. For details, please refer to the Mi+ website or send an email to cs@miplus.com.hk if you have any inquiries.
Q2. How do I redeem M Points?
A2. You earn 1 M Point for every $1 spent at Mira eShop. M Points are calculated based only on the unit digit of the discounted price of the product. Service fees and shipping costs are not included in the points calculation.
Q3. Can I use M Points directly at Mira eShop?
A3. No, you cannot use M Points directly at Mira eShop. You can earn M Points there and use them in the Mi+ App. For information on M Points usage, please refer to the Mi+ website or send an email to cs@miplus.com.hk if you have any inquiries.
