FAQ

1. How do I register to become a Mi+ member?

Download the Mira Mi+ mobile app (available on the App Store or Google Play) and register using your mobile number. You will immediately become a new member and receive the welcome package, including 500 M Points and offers valued at HK$5,000.

2. Do M Points and M Coins expire?

There are two expiry dates for M Points each calendar year, i.e. 30 June and 31 December. The validity of M Points will range from 12 to 18 months. The expiry date of M Points will be calculated by the date of transaction, instead of the date of M Point registration. Please visit our Mi+ FAQ page for more information.

3. Is there a membership fee to register for "Mi+"?

No fees are required. Mi+ is a free lifestyle membership program. Simply download the Mi+ App from the Apple Store or Google Play Store and register with a valid mobile number to become a member.

Mi+ membership is permanently valid.

5. Can I share a Mi+ account with other family members?
