1. The redemption period is until 31 Dec 2024.
2. This voucher can be used by a group of 6 kids (5 – 13 years old) only. Additional kids will be charged extra.
3. 7 days of advance booking is required and booking confirmation is subject to availability. 
4. Please present the respective QR code(s) of the voucher(s) upon redemption. 
5. MiraSpa must receive a final number of party guests, including any add-ons 3 days before the event.
6. Any additional food requests must be arranged with us at least 2 days prior to the party at an additional cost.
7. Guests should arrive 10 mins prior to the scheduled party time. Late arrival may result in reduction of treatment time.
8. Spa services will begin promptly at the party start time, guests who arrived later than 10 mins after party start time, may not be guaranteed to all spa services.
9. All services will follow in rotation between the guests in the party.
10. No outside food, snacks or drinks are permitted.
11. The host/hostess is responsible for and will be charged the full amount of the party package for any party cancellation. 
12. The host/hostess is responsible to pay for the number of guests provided at party confirmation. Additional guests may be added no later than 3 days prior to the party date.
13. In the event of illness or an unforeseen circumstance, a one-time courtesy reschedule may be permitted at management’s discretion.
14. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any promotions, discounts, gift certificate, other Spa Packages or Credit Card Promotions.
15. MiraSpa will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from participating in the event.
16. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.
17. MiraSpa reserves the right of final decision in case of dispute.
