To preserve the Michelin-standard quality of our sticky rice dumplings, they should be stored in a refrigerator at 4°C or below immediately after collection. Since our products contain no added preservatives, please check the "best before" date on the packaging and consume them promptly to enjoy the best texture and aroma. 

Q9: What are the best ways to reheat savory rice dumplings?  
1) Put the dumpling with vacuum bag into the boiler; add water over the bag; boil in hot water for 30 minutes; turn off the heat and soak for another 15 minutes. Served with soy sauce or sugar. 
2) To enjoy the most authentic flavor, remove the plastic packaging but keep the original lotus or bamboo leaves. Steam the dumpling for 20–30 minutes until thoroughly heated.
