Founded only in 2021 by Chen Weijen who came to Japan in 2008 as an exchange student, Taiun Sake Brewing was born out of Mr Chen's passion and interest in the history of sake. The award-winning sake is produced for export only, some of which is made using pre-war era strain of rice researched by the Founder. 

Get to know the secrets behind 6 types of unique sake from Taiun's Master Brewer as you indulge in culinary masterpieces of Chinese Executive Chef, Edwin Tang, presenting 6 contemporary Chinese dishes such as Crispy sea cucumber, minced shrimp, minced pork paired with Taiun Kimoto Yamadanishiki Junmai-Ginjo and the Crispy French lamb brisket with fermented bean curd and sesame sauce served with 2 types of sake.
