5. This voucher is not applicable on Chinese New Year (Day 1 - 3) and Eve, Valentine’s Day, Easter Holiday, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, Winter Solstice, Christmas Day (Dec 24 - 26), New Year’s Day and Eve (Dec 31 and Jan 1).
6. This voucher has no cash value and is non-refundable.

8. In case of loss or damage, no replacement will be offered.
