Joining hands at Supergiant with Chef Sheldon Fonseca and Chinese Executive of Cuisine Cuisine, Chef Edwin Tang, they will bring a closer look to classic Cantonese and Southeast Asian cuisine with a contemporary twist, presenting creative dishes such as the bountiful Grilled Pork Belly with Sweetened Rice Vinegar, Duck Egg & Ginger, Braised Abalone with Red Wine, and Baked Baby Pumpkin with Crab Meat, Mushroom & Pumpkin in Cream.
