The menu which changes seasonally, includes 4 creative French-Japanese dishes such as delicate Chawanmushi with French Bouchot Mussels. For main course, you'll enjoy Chef's Wagyu Beef Masterpiece stuffed with Foie Gras and homemade seaweed, hand-crafted in limited quantities for Guests booking in advance with an extra supplement of HK$488.
