General Terms of Use

1.Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using the service. By using Mira eShop for the territory of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”), you agree that you have read these Online Ordering Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and that you accept and agree to be bound by them. Miramar Group reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions anytime and will publish the revised version on the website. The online ordering service is directed solely at persons accessing the website from Hong Kong.

2.Before placing orders through the online ordering service, please read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy Statement. By using online ordering service, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and Policy Statement.

3.Customers must be aged eighteen (18) years or older to use our online ordering service. You should provide true, accurate and complete registration information.

4.The online ordering service is opened membership programs operated by Miramar Group (“Members”) and non-members in Hong Kong. Non-members can place order via the online ordering service as a guest.

5.Miramar Group has the absolute discretion to refuse the login of any person or to terminate the access right to or use of the online ordering service of or by any person for any reason whatsoever.

6.Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business. It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18. By placing an order, you must confirm that you are 18 years old or above. You must ensure that no other person except yourself shall use your login to purchase alcohol products and a person aged 18 or above (identification required) must be present to pick up the products, otherwise the products shall be withdrawn. Mira eShop reserves the right to levy an additional charge if further arrangement is made.

7.In case of any dispute, the decision of Mira eShop shall be final.

If there are discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version of the terms and conditions shall prevail.

Setting and Requirement
1.In order to use this service, you are required to access Mira eShop’s online ordering service through computers, mobile phones or tablets. Mira eShop recommends the following browser settings for the best experience:
- Internet Explorer 11/ Chrome 31/ Firefox 27/ Safari 7 or above versions
- Recommended screen resolution: 1024 x 768
- Javascript and Cookies must be turned on

Product Information

1.Mira eShop reserves the right to update the product details, price, offer, terms and conditions at any time. All the product details, price, offer, terms and conditions are based on the information displayed at the online ordering service when Mira eShop confirms the order.

2.Products listed on this website are available while stock lasts.

3.The prices posted on this website are applicable to online ordering only. Some products may be priced differently at hotels, restaurants and shopping mall operating under Miramar Group.

4.Mira eShop may at its absolute discretion from time to time decline any order, set credit limit(s) against any person, transaction or credit card and/or restrict purchase quota(s).

5.Photos on this website are for reference only.

6.All intellectual properties contained in this website including its trademarks, logos, service marks and content are owned by Miramar Group or authorized for legal use. These shall not be used without the written permission of Miramar Group.

7.Materials on this site are protected by copyright. No part of these materials may be modified, reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, transmitted, copied, distributed or used in any other way for commercial or public purposes without Miramar Group’s prior written consent.

Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited other than the following: (i) You may print or download to a local hard disk extracts for your personal and non-commercial use only; (ii) You may copy the content to individual third party for their personal use, but only if you acknowledge the website as the source of the material.

Payment and Delivery

1.Payment for online order must be settled by VISA card or MasterCard via the online ordering service.

2.All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars. In no event that Mira eShop shall be responsible for any cost charged incurred to the customer due to any bank, payment method and/or currency.

3.The system of online ordering service has applied Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. All personal information including customer’s credit card number, name, email address and phone number will undergo encryption before transmission through internet to protect the information from being accessed by unauthorized third-party during transmission.

4.Upon confirmation of the order, neither the order can be cancelled, nor the item(s) can be altered by the customer.

5.All items sold are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable after payment of such order has been completed.

6.Mira eShop reserves the right to modify payment terms for any order without prior notice.

7.Specifically relating to the Online Payment system, to the extent permitted by law, Mira eShop will not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect and consequential loss) suffered by you by reason of (i) any failure, delay, interruption, suspension or any other restriction affecting your Online Payment; (ii) any errors, malfunctions or breakdown of your bank’s payment mechanism; or (iii) any other matter arising out of, or in connection with, the Online Payment system.

8.Upon redemption/ using the service, customers should show the respective QR code(s) upon product redemption at designated shop(s). Shop representative will use a specific device to read the code(s). The code(s) will be disappeared from the system once the code(s) is/are read and deemed as successful redemption. Replacement of the QR code(s) will not be entertained. Each QR code can be used for pickup once only. Pickup records kept by Mira eShop shall be deemed conclusive.

9.Customers should keep the confirmation email and QR code(s) properly. Anyone showing the staff of the relevant store with a valid QR code(s) will be deemed as an authorized representative for order pickup. Mira eShop is not responsible to any loss of customers due to improper handling of the QR code(s).

10.Mira eShop reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.

Voucher Purchase
1.   If you have selected to pick up your products from restaurants, please allow at least 5 working days for online order processing.

2.   Unless or otherwise specified, if an order is not being picked up within the pickup time specified on the order, the order will be deemed cancelled / void and no refund will be made.

Meal Reservation and Service
1.Customers are required to arrive at the venue punctually according to the reservation time. In the event that the customer is late, staff will rearrange your booking accordingly, subject to booking availability.

Cakes and Hampers
1.Confirmation of order is subject to product availability. In the event of stock out, COCO/ Bombshell will inform the customers within 24 hours for an option to change order.
2.Orders should be placed at least 48 hours prior to the date pick up.
3.Please present the valid eVoucher prior to picking up your order(s).
4.The eVoucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and services.
5.Delivery may be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. In this event, we will contact you by phone or e-mail the following business day to arrange for an alternative delivery time.
6.Unless or otherwise specified, if an order is not being picked up within the pickup time specified on the order, the order will be deemed cancelled/ void and no refund will be made.

Order details and personal information used in the course of this purchase will be treated confidentially.

About Membership
1.For Mira Plus and Tsui Hang Plus membership online sales, please allow 14 working days for processing and mailing of welcome pack to your correspondence address.

2.Members are required to input registered phone number and registered surname when using the online ordering service for verification.

3.Members are required to present valid membership cards upon redemption of products or offers. Otherwise, a surcharge on the price difference will incur. Mira eShop reserves the right to cancel the related order.

Membership offers not transferable or assignable and are for the designated member’s personal use and benefit only. Proof for verification of the membership identity may be required upon redemption of products or offers.
