Bid farewell to 2025 to the jazzy tunes and soulful live singer performance with a lavish semi-buffet dinner featuring festive specials, unlimited appetizers and a spread of whimsical desserts!

Let the feast begin with a choice of fresh seafood including Alaskan King Crab Legs, Freshly Shucked Oysters, and Sake Marinated Abalone. 
Enjoy gourmet dishes served to table including Lobster Bisque with Cognac and Foie Gras with Cherries, followed by a choice of luxuriant 
mains: Black Angus Beef Wellington with Black Truffle or Grilled Boston Lobster with Yuzu Sauce!

A whole room of desserts and cheese selection awaits at the end, with a no less than dozen choices including Hazelnut Whipped Ganache with Pecan Praline, Candied Fruit Panettone, Chestnut Mont Blanc with Cassis Confit, and Sticky Pear Pudding with Toffee Caramel Sauce, as well as a live station of Crepes Suzette with Orange Liqueur and Haagen-Dazs Ice-cream!
