The “Double-boiled South African Abalone Soup with Fig, Chinese Pholidota, Lodoicea Maldivica & Yunnan Ham” offers a deep, umami-laced broth. Next, “Stir-fried Lobster with Yunnan Ham & Vegetable” pairs sweet lobster with savory ham, followed by “Braised South Africa 24-head Yoshihama Abalone with Vegetable in Oyster Sauce” – showcasing the ultimate melt-in-mouth texture from sustainable seafood.
