Treat yourself to a unique 5-course dining experience at Modern European WHISK inspired by the culinary adventures of the great maestro, chronicled in Ermine Herscher’s book “Picasso, Bon Vivant.”

Taking cues from the original recipes of dishes the artist shared with his avant-garde friends during boisterous gatherings, Chef Sheldon Fonseca - Culinary Director Western Cuisine of The Mira Hong Kong - has crafted a special dinner menu featuring artisan dishes from southern France infused with vibrant Basque flavors to pair with a bottle of wine of your choice from our selection of 7 bottles of Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Rioja, picked by the Sommelier.

Enjoy enticing Ratatouille and Goat Cheese Pinchos, a Striped Salmon that’s a twist on Alice Toklas’s beloved sea bass, char-grilled Firefly Squid with Puntalette splashed with squid ink brush strokes, and artisan Roasted Racan Pigeon with a humble pairing of Peas & Bacon.

For desserts, Executive Pastry Chef, Smita Grosse, delights with an edible "Still Life" art piece framed in chocolate.
