1. Physical Vouchers will be sent via registered mail (Mailing fee HK$35), or can be picked up from your selected Tsui Hang Village Restaurant outlets from 15 December 2025 onwards. Please refer to the voucher for redemption details.  
2. For purchases of Cuisine Cuisine and Tsui Hang Village’s CNY puddings vouchers with a net total over $1,000 and mail delivery, a $35 shipping discount applies. This discount is limited to one use per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.  
3. From 15 December 2025 onwards, Physical vouchers will be mailed out within 5 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation. However, delivery service times may be delayed during public holidays, such as Chinese New Year. Delivery times may also be affected by seasonal holidays (e.g., Christmas, Chinese New Year, and Easter) or during periods of high order volume. Additionally, delivery will be delayed if a Typhoon Signal No. 8 is raised or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect.

6. Please call to reserve your items 2 days in advance to ensure the freshest taste and supply if you need to redeem 5 boxes or above.  
7. Each item or package included in the QR code e-coupon must be redeemed all at once.  
8. Please presents original physical voucher or the respective QR code(s) eVoucher upon product redemption at designated shop(s). Shop representative will use a specific device to read the code(s). The code(s) will be disappeared from the system once the code(s) is/are read and deemed as successful redemption. Replacement of the damaged or loss of voucher or QR code(s) will not be entertained.  
9. Offer is non-refundable. No cancellation or modification is accepted after order is confirmed.

Terms and conditions of Mira Dining $100 Dining Discount Voucher:   
1. The Mira Dining $100 Dining Discount Voucher will be distributed upon picking up the pudding. The discount voucher can be used in Chinesology, COCO, Cuisine Cuisine (ifc), Cuisine Cuisine The Mira, Daai Zaak, Mue Mue, Tsui Hang Village, Vibes, and Yamm.  
2. One voucher can be used in à la carte menu for dine-in consumption of HK$400 or above (exclude 10% service charge); two vouchers for $800 or above (exclude 10% service charge) and so on.  
3. Please present the original voucher(s) upon seating. Restaurant staff will collect the voucher(s) upon billing. Photocopy of the voucher(s) is not accepted.  
4. Splitting or combing bills is not allowed.   
5. 10% service charge and tea charge apply and are calculated based on the original price.   
6. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any promotion offers or discounts, staff discounts, credit card discounts, discounts and vouchers from Tsui Hang Plus membership and Mira Plus membership or other vouchers.  
7. Offer is not applicable to private room bookings, discounted menus, special set menus, banquets, private parties or takeaways.
