Indulge in an evening of refined champagne paired with seasonal culinary creations by Chef Sheldon Fonseca such as Smoked Eel with Champagne Espuma & Pike Roe, Sicilian Mazara Red Prawn married with Hokkaido Uni, hearty Duck Foie Gras with Vanilla Apricots, and Burgundy Guinea Fowl with Porcini, Chestnut Veloute and Brittany Paimpol Haricot Beans (the first fresh veggie in France to be awarded Protected Designation of Origin (AOC) status), all effortlessly pairing with subtle yet well defined notes of each cuvée.

Journey through time with different styles of champagne from vibrant and silky Blanc de Blancs to refreshing Brut and daring Rosé culminating with a sophisticated 2014 vintage of the house's recognizable Belle Époque - a harmonious blend of emblematic Champagne crus resulting in subtle pale gold colour, fruity and floral nose of peach and linden blossom and fine texture served from iconic bottles depicting a graceful spray of Japanese white anemones created for Maison Perrier-Jouët by Art Nouveau master Emile Gallé.
