1. All tickets are valid for redemption until 31 December 2023.

2. All Emotional Therapies Session must be prepaid and booking has to be made with MiraSpa directly for the desired class. Slots are subject to availability. Please book at least 24hrs in advance.

3. All purchases of services (classes, private classes) are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the start of the reserved class or workshop. The booking will be forfeited for no-shows (if you arrive more than 15 minutes late), and will incur a 100% charge.

5. The wellness session will be cancelled if there is a Black Rainstorm or T8, and you will be notified to reschedule your appointment to a later date.

6. Please check-in at the MiraSpa reception before each class.

7. Please arrive at the MiraSpa at least 10 minutes before your class starts.

8. The MiraSpa is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings.

9. It is the responsibility of the guests to notify therapist of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact their practice.

10. Guests are required to follow all instructions given to them by the therapist and they acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at their own risk and may cause injury.

11. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any promotions, discounts, gift certificate, other Spa Packages or Credit Card Promotions.

12. Terms, Conditions, and Fees are subject to change without prior notification.

13. In case of any dispute, the MiraSpa reserves the right to a final decision.
