1. Confirmation of order is subject to product availability. In the event of stock out, COCO will inform the customers within 24 hours for an option to change order
2. Orders should be placed at least 72 hours prior to the date pick up
3. No cancellation or modification can be made after order is confirmed and the payment of fee is not refundable 
4. Please present the confirmation email or payment receipt prior to picking up their order(s) 
5. Photo for reference only
6. Cakes will be discarded at the end of date of pick up if customers fail to collect their order(s)
